Amazing! I only need one hearing aid for my left ear and I mostly need help when watching TV, watching videos on my laptop and when there is a lot of background noise. The hearing aid arrived nicely packed and with a smaller container for the hearing aid, a spare battery and the accessories etc. A clever feature about this container is that if you try to put your hearing aid away without “loosening” the battery, it beeps quite loudly to remind you – prolongs battery life. As for usage, this hearing aid is easy to insert/remove, sound is clear and volume range is more than adequate. I am so happy with it that I am ordering another one – backup in case I lose or damage this one!
